According to the Law on the Protection of Personal Data Number 133 of 08.07.2011, personal data is any information associated with an identified or identifiable individual (subject of personal data). An identifiable person is a person who can be identified directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identification number or one or more factors specific to his or her physical, physiological, mental, economic, cultural or social identity.

Transager Company processes personal data in accordance with the provisions of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data Number 133 of 08.07.2011, it is registered accordingly in the Register of Personal Data Controllers.
The processing of personal data is carried out by authorized persons of the Transager company or other persons authorized under the conditions of the law.
By signing a contract or using the services, the subscriber consents to the processing of his or her personal data. He or she also agrees that his or her information about traffic (purpose, duration, date of operations, their cost, etc.) is processed by Transager for purposes related to the provision of services and in compliance with applicable law.
In accordance with the provisions of Articles 12-18 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data Number 133 of 08.07.2011, the subject of personal data has the right to information, the right to access personal data, the right to interfere with personal data, the right to object to the subject of personal data, the right not to be influenced by a private decision, the right to access to justice.
In order to exercise the rights provided for by the Law, the subject of personal data has the right to submit a written application to the Transager representative agency.
