Warranty service and goods return policy

 

WARRANTY SERVICE

Each product purchased in the „Trans Ager” network of auto parts and tire stores is accompanied by a consignment note and a cash receipt, as well as a warranty card.
The buyer, who reports a defect in the goods during the warranty period, must submit, in addition to the goods, the following documents:


Consignment note or cashier's check issued by „Trans Ager” LLC (Limited Liability Company);
Warranty card issued at the time of purchase.

   

GOODS RETURN POLICY

The deadline for eliminating detected defects is 14 calendar days, in accordance with the Law Number 105 of 13.03.2003 on the protection of consumer rights. Ways to ensure warranty obligations: technical maintenance; repairs; replacement; termination of the contract and return of the value of the goods (in this sequence).

The customer has the right to return the goods purchased in the „Trans Ager” auto parts store network, without specifying the reasons for his or her decision, within 14 days from the date of purchase, in accordance with the Law Number 105 of 13.03.2003 on the protection of consumer rights.


The costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer, and the money paid for the goods is refunded within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods.

 

Cannot be returned:

The goods in damaged packaging - without tags, stickers, labels present at the time of purchase;

The goods, the original packaging of which is missing;

The goods that lack original accessories or components;

The goods with traces of installation, painting or welding.
