Transager – trade name of the Transager LLC (Limited Liability Company) company, a legal entity.
Seller – Transager or any partner of Transager LLC (Limited Liability Company) company.
Buyer – any individual who has reached the age of 16, or a legal entity or legal subject that opens an Account on the Site and places an Order.
Customer – any individual who has reached the age of 16, or a legal entity that has or has gained access to the CONTENT through any means of communication made available by Transager company (electronic, telephone, etc.) or on the basis of an agreement of use concluded between Transager and this entity requesting the creation and use of an Account.

Public: any Customer / Buyer / User can visualize the Buyer / User List if he or she has disseminated it on social networks (Facebook, Twitter and Google+), or if he or she visits the Buyer's / User's public profile on the Site. My cart (basket) – Accounts section, which allows the Buyer / User to add the Goods or Services that he or she wants to purchase at the time of adding or later; if the Goods or Services have not been purchased at the time of their addition by making the Order, the Buyer / User will be able to use the service provided by the Seller to track the Goods and the Service by receiving Commercial messages from him or her.

Order – an electronic document serving as a form of communication between the Seller and the Buyer, through which the Buyer informs the Seller through the Site about his or her intention to purchase the Goods and Services from the Site.
Goods and Services – any product or service specified on the Site, including products and services specified in the Order, which are subject to delivery by the Seller to the Buyer as a result of the concluded Agreement.
Campaign – the act of presenting, for commercial purposes, a finite quantity of Goods and / or Services, with a limited and predetermined supply, for a limited period of time established by the Seller.
Contract (Agreement) – a distance contract concluded between the Seller and the Buyer, without the simultaneous physical presence of the Seller and the Buyer.
Content - represents:
- all information on the Site that can be visualized or otherwise accessed through the use of electronic equipment;
- content of any e-mail sent by the Buyer to the Seller by electronic means and / or any other means of communication;
- any information communicated in any way by an employee / worker of the Seller to the Buyer according to the contact information specified or not by him or her;
- information related to the Goods and / or Services and / or tariffs established by the Seller for a certain period;
- information related to the Goods and / or Services and / or tariffs established by a third party with whom the Seller has entered into partnership agreements for a certain period;
- data about the Seller or his or her other data.
Question – form of addressing other Users / Customers / Buyers in order to obtain information about the Goods or Services from the corresponding page.
Question – written information transmitted to the User / Customer / Buyer who asked a Question on the Site, on the page of a specific Product. The answer is an explanation provided by the User / Customer / Buyer to another User / Customer / Buyer during the conversation.

Environmental fee - the cost, expressed in MDL, paid by the Seller to a company authorized in the field of operations for the collection, transportation and use / recycling of waste from electrical and electronic equipment, as provided by the current legislation.
Specifications – all specifications and / or descriptions of the Goods and Services as indicated in their description.
One-click payment – payment service provided by an integrated payment processor on the Site, made available to Customers, Users and / or Buyers through the Site in order to make card payments online.
